Breakfast options here are really good! 🍳

We were offered a good service. Its location was central, a short walk to Britannia Pier Theatre.

We stayed for trip and would book again. Our kids and we greatly enjoyed being there, it's exceptionally comfortable and homely hotel. Its location was indeed marvellous and incredible and only 5 minutes walk from Joyland. Thanks to a terrific service we had a relaxing stay. Extra breakfast were not a big deal too.

The staff is attentive and extremely friendly, an asset to this place, and the family room is brand new and has its own bathroom.

The rooms here are quite spacious, with large single beds and TVs, making it comfortable, and the customer service was excellent during our stay.

Cozy room with a view of the sea 🌊. Awesome spot, just a quick stroll away from the Britannia Pier Theatre. Close to a movie theater and some cool pubs.

The room was tidy and well-lit, and it had complimentary tea and coffee. Plus, there was a great view of the sea from the room. The hotel's location on the pier was absolutely breathtaking. the food here was amazing, and there's a fantastic restaurant called The Regent nearby. 🌊

Great location & friendly staff

We stayed in a budget hotel in a busy tourist area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the seafront and local shops. We appreciated having comfy beds and plenty of supplies such as tea, coffee, and soap.

The bedding was old and had holes in it. The bathroom and shower were dirty and mouldy.

Caring owner and staff. Warm welcome and treatment. Comfortable and spacious room. Excellent customer service. Beautiful breakfast. Accommodating with changes and late check-out. Hotel is very clean. Daily towel and amenities refresh
